1. PhD (Full Time) with Teaching Assistantship under TEQIP II
2. PhD (Part Time) in Applied Mechanics and Computer Science Engineering

Eligibility: PhD - TEQIP II
1. Applied Mechanics:
BE / BTech / AMIE (Civil) and M E / MTech in Structural Engineering related specialization with a minimum of First Class (CPI or CGPA greater than 6.75 on a 10 point scale) at Bachelor’s or Master’s level. Desirable: GATE score

2. Chemical Engineering:
BE / BTech in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Biochemical Engineering / Biotechnology with first class at UG level AND
ME / MTech in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Biochemical Engineering / Biotechnology with a minimum of First Class (CPI or CGPA greater than 6.75 on a 10 point scale) at Bachelor’s or Master’s level. Desirable: valid GATE score.

3. Civil Engineering:
BE / BTech / AMIE (Civil) and ME / MTech in any branch of Civil Engineering with a minimum of First Class (CPI or CGPA greater than 6.75 on a 10 point scale) at Bachelor’s or Master’s level. Desirable: GATE score

4. Computer Science and Engineering:
BE / BTech in any branch of Engineering and ME / MTech in one of the following branches Computer Science/ Computer Technology/Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Information Science with a minimum of First Class (CPI or CGPA greater than 6.75 on a 10 point scale) at Master’s level. Desirable: GATE score

5. Electrical Engineering:
ME / MTech in Electrical & Electronics / Power Systems / Energy Systems / Instrumentation & control / Power Electronics / Electric Drives with a minimum of First Class (CPI or CGPA greater than 6.75 on a 10 point scale) at Bachelor’s or Master’s level. Desirable: GATE score
