MGM Institute of Health Sciences, Navi Mumbai has invited applications for admission to the PhD programmes - 2011 in the following disciplines:

1. Anatomy
2. Physiology
3. Biochemistry
4. Microbiology
5. Pharmacology
6. Biotechnology
7. Genetics
8. Nursing
9. Physiotherapy
10. Hospital Management
11 .Pharmaceutical Management

Eligibility to Apply:
1. For discipline No. 1 to 5: MSc (Medical) with minimum 3 years duration in respective subjects,
2. For discipline No. 6 and 7: MSc (Life Sciences) / MSc (Medical)
3. For discipline No. 8: MSc (Nursing),
4. For discipline No. 9: MPTh.,
5. For discipline No. 10 and 11: Master's degree in respective discipline or equivalent qualification

Common for all disciplines:
Candidates must have secured with not less than 55% of aggregate marks from any recognized university or Medical College (wherever applicable) or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by MGM Institute of Health Sciences, Navi Mumbai.

Candidate appearing in the final examination of a respective Master's degree shall also be eligible to apply for the Entrance Test, subject to obtaining not less than 55% of aggregate marks at the Master's degree. The result of Entrance Test of such candidate will be validated only after his / her Master's degree Examination Result in the same cycle-year which shall not be later than the date of registration for Ph.D. course.
