Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad 826 004M.Tech/M.Phil/JRF(Ph.D)Admissions 2011-2012Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission to M.Tech/M.Phil/JRF(Ph.D) courses of Academic Year 2011-12. ELIGIBILITY: Candidates of all categories should possess minimum of 55% marks (without rounding off) or equivalent grade in aggregate of the qualifying degree. However, for admission to M.Phil (English) candidates under SC/ST Categories are eligible with 50% marks (without rounding off) or equivalent grade in MA English. Requirement of minimum percentage of marks may be waived off for the teachers who have joined the teaching profession on or before February 28,1993. Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination may also apply for admission. However, they will be required to submit their final result of the qualifying examination latest by 31st October, 2011.
